 Ashburn, VA, May 29th, 2013 – The visual collaboration consultancy Human Productivity Lab (HPL) is pleased to announce the addition of an internationally renowned team of experts to significantly expand the Lab’s consulting capabilities for enterprise clients and vendors/service providers.  The HPL team is now comprised of twelve consultants with diverse specialties within the fields of videoconferencing, telepresence, robotic telepresence, streaming media, unified communications, and visual collaboration.  The group comprises a talent pool that includes multiple former CEOs/company founders, multiple inventors and intellectual property developers, and specialists in the design, implementation, and adoption of visual collaboration solutions.

The Lab can help develop VNOC personnel, generate specific playbook workflow processes, manage RFP generation and bid management, and provide VNOC services curriculum and training.

Scott AllendeVaux was most recently CEO of video managed service provider Iformata Communications, sold to Silver Lake Sumeru’s AVI-SPL in 2012.  At Iformata, Allendevaux managed over 3500 telepresence and videoconferencing systems for Fortune 100 clients and built VNOC capabilities and video services programs for AT&T, TANDBERG, Siemens, and Cisco among others.  The company developed over 400 patent claims in the fields of process automation for enterprise video and dynamic workflow processes.

Involved in the intersection of engineering, collaboration, and design, Sanford has been at the forefront of a number of breaking social and robotic technologies. Most relevant was being the VP of IP Product and Services for Interoute Telecommunications and Product Director for the Texai Remote Presence system, one of the first commercial remote presence systems (seen on The Big Bang Theory as the ‘Shel-bot’).
