(OTC: TNXI), a publicly traded, San Diego based telepresence firm providing leading edge video conference systems utilizing a proprietary software platform.

Initially, Aequitas invested $500,000 into Telanetix, Inc., to help the company gain the edge in the video conferencing industry. The proceeds of the investment will be utilized by Telanetix to fund their engineering, making their product backwards compatible with Polycom, Tandberg and a host of desktop video applications. Aequitas is now providing up to $2,000,000 through a vendor financing program to support the sale of the Company's products. This will allow the Company to sell their product to qualified, smaller businesses on a monthly lease program ($1,000/month). The leases will be issued through Aequitas Commercial Finance.
